The family business ATMOS was founded in Bohemia in 1935. Initially, production focused on gasification units for cars and ships under the DOKOGEN brand, the same principle as is used in modern wood- and coal-fired gasification boilers.

Despite the German occupation and the communist dictatorship, the development of wood-fired boilers, gasifying equipment and compressors continued. At the Pragotherm exhibition in 1980, he introduced the first gasified boilers for waste wood and firewood. To date, he has developed 90 types of boilers, of which he has 15 patents. One of the first boilers developed was the ECONOMIK boiler in 1968.

Our range includes solid fuel boilers, wood-fired boilers from 15 to 150 kW, coal (wood) boilers from 20 to 50 kW, lignite (coal) boilers from 25 to 45 kW, pellet boilers from 4.5 to 80 kW and combined wood gasification boilers in combination with a pellet or oil burner in powers from 20 to 35 kW. Atmos products have aroused great interest among wood burners and plumbers due to their simple operation without electronics, quality and reliability.
